Alex is knowledgeable and friendly. He goes the extra mile to make the client comfortable and happy. He took the time to do a proper inspection that included going into the attic and taking pictures of the needed repair. He explained the process fully and also provided pictures during the work repair. Definitely, a trust worthy company to deal with. He gave a 5 year guarantee on the work!!!

Just had our roof repaired by Alex and his team from Blue Dog Roofing. When Elsa came she blew through our roof and into my den/office. We considered replacing the roof but that was going to be $50k+ for a similar Spanish tile. The roof was 20 years old, but still in good shape except for the one spot that failed. After much deliberation we decided to give the repair a shot and we are glad we did. They only do repairs and these guys are top notch, basically they showed up when they said they would, the final price matched the estimate, the entire process was transparent and logged so you could see what was going on. Blue Dog has an obvious passion for their work and that was one of the deciding factors for us as we chose a repair contractor. We highly recommend these guys.

Alex and his crew showed up when promised and did a thorough inspect. They took pictures of the repair process from start to finish. Alex explained the repair process in a clear and understandable way. I highly recommend them, they do high quality work at a fair price.

Alex from Blue Dog came out to look at the problem right away on a Friday and was thorough in explaining the problem. They were able to do the work on Monday. His crew was friendly and efficient. A nice feature is they post pictures as the work is being done so you don’t have to go to the roof to see it.

After interviewing many potential roof repair service companies I decided on Using “Blue Dog“ The information that he provided and the knowledge that he had was the determining factor. He was extremely helpful in explaining my situation to me where I could understand. Alex and his crew were very organized on time and efficient. I do not make these decisions lightly. I was recommend to Blue Dog Roofing by 2 of my neighbors who used this company in the past. I am a seasonal resident and was only down for a few weeks. We experienced a tropical storm that caused damage to my roof which was also causing water leaks into the house. I contacted Blue Dog and was immediately impressed by the prompt service I received. Alex and his team arrived at my house within an hour and accessed the damage. They explained everything that needed to be done and provided me with photo’s of the damage so I can see exactly the issue on the roof. The repair was completed within a few days and the job came out excellent. I found Alex and his team at Blue Dog Roofing to be completely professional, on time and outstanding workmanship. I would highly recommend this company if you need any type of roofing work or repairs.

His crew was brought in to repair a flashing problem on the second story of our home, that was done incorrectly. Their knowledge, expertise, and quality of work exceeded our expectations. Unlike the previous roof repair performed one week earlier by other professional roof contractors, Blue Dog Roofing was responsive, courteous, and did a professional job. No more water leaks. Blue Dog Roofing also left the work area clean as they found it. Bottom line is that I would use them again.
