Tile Roof Replacement
This was a roof replacement we did in Fort Myers Florida. We tour off the old roof down to the plywood, which was still in good condition, and we installed new underlayment, flashing and tiles.
Shingle Roof Replacement
This Fort Myers homeowner needed a leak repaired but because of the age of the roof and the overall poor condition of the shingles, we had to replace the whole roof.
Valley Leak Repair
This customer had a leak that was present in the home for many years. Multiple attempts were made to repair it from other roofers yet with no luck. We performed a full inspection of the attic and found the different points along the valley that were leaking. We installed new metal, underlayment and tiles to stop the roof leak.
