Many homeowners don’t realize this and choose the cheapest contractor without thinking about the warranty. A good warranty will cover not only the cost of the materials, but also the cost of labor should you have any issues with your roof.

Last but not least, the company you hire. You get what you pay for. With a cheap cost comes cheap work, as I’m sure you know. You will want a company that has good reviews and references so you know they can hold up their end of the deal.
