UPDATED REVIEW (AFTER LEAK CONTINUED) – My Original review below is still valid however, this review deals with the warranty follow-up. After having a repeat leak in the same location, Blue Dog has told me that they are not going to do anything that is not warranty work or any other repairs (too much business at this time). No worries, except that the leaking area is the same area as the original identified leak (Leak 1) and the repair has not fixed the dripping water (See attached picture below for leak 1 area). To their credit they did come out again and repair the same area under warranty, but to this day, I still have a leak in the same room at the same place…I have been in the attic and I know. Looking at the original paperwork it appears there was a large area identified (Leak 1) as the problem area (covered under warranty) but when they repaired the roof the actual area was smaller and this is the area they say is covered under warranty. My review is to tell all potential customers to be clear on what area you are getting covered under warranty as it seems odd that they are paid to fix a larger damaged area, but the area they consider under warranty is really a smaller area. (See specific Blue Dog Warranty words and Leak 1 picture below) Blue Dog warranty statement: This warranty will remain in effect for the _3____ year period following initial installation of exterior products. In the case of a repair; the leak must originate from within the areas delineated in Blue in the estimate pictures. Attached is the estimate picture showing Leak 1 area. The leak is still in the Leak 1 area shown in the picture. Leaking in same room – at the same location! Bottom line: Still good people, but buyer beware of the specifics of the area covered under warranty. I am now off to try and find another roofer as I have a bucket in my attic under the area shown as Leak 1 as delineated by Blue Dog Roofing. Yuk! ORIGINAL REVIEW – Everyone I interacted with in this company were A+…I highly recommend these guys for your roof repair…after completed looked like they had never been there but I know they were because they sent pictures throughout the project…Thanks

I thank my neighbors for sharing Blue Dog with me after Hurricane Ian. The project was managed exceedingly well. Tear off was done quickly and neatly. Tiles were delivered immediately after to the roof, not stacked in my driveway for weeks. The roofing crew started right away and was communicative and respectful of the property. They would answer any questions. They cleaned up every day. Loved working with Alex and Joshua. A project like this can be stressful and they do everything they can to make it go smoothly. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.

Did an excellent job on our roof! Reasonable pricing, quality work, great customer service, and the cleanest roofing job I have ever seen!! Extremely professional. Provided free inspection and photo library of all problems. Explained everything and didn’t try to push me to a new roof at all, just wanted to fix the problems. Provided photos of the completed work in real time. Excellent experience and will definitely use them again if needed.

Alex and his teams just finished a new barrel tile roof replacement on our home, which looks beautiful from the street. He was very active supervising the entire process and keeps you updated with drone videos.
